About Us
Our goal at the Wine Merchant is to create a friendly, non-threatening environment where fine wines, beers, and gourmet food items can be enjoyed by the community. By demystifying the wine buying experience, we hope to educate those willing to listen and learn. And for those who would rather just drink and enjoy – well, you are more than welcome to do just that! Food and wine is a fun world, and we want to share it with you.

We try to keep creative in the kitchen and are constantly coming up with fun events to put on for you, like food specials, wine dinners, and holiday celebrations. We host private events as well, customized just for you.
FAQs
Q: What are your hours?
A: We are open Monday and Tuesday, 10am to 6pm, and Wednesday through Saturday, 10am to 8pm. This includes both the store and the bar.
Q: Do you carry only wine?
A: No, we carry a wide selection of wines plus craft beer, import beer, liqueurs, soju, sake, ciders, canned cocktails. We do not sell liquor. We also have a gourmet food market with meat, seafood, cheeses, pastas, snacks, and more.
Q: What kinds of wines do you carry?
A: We try to have a little of everything -- dry reds, whites, rosés, and sparkling from around the world, plus a variety of semi-sweet and sweet wine options.
Q: Are your wines expensive?
A: Our wines cover a huge range in price, from under $10 a bottle to much more. We taste every wine that comes into the store, so we can guarantee its quality no matter the price. You can find the price on the back of every bottle.
Q: Can you help me select a wine?
A: Absolutely! Tell us what you like and how much you want to spend, and we can point you in the right direction. We love finding the right bottle for you or your event.
Q: Do you have a restaurant?
A: We no longer have a full restaurant, but we do have a wine bar with a limited menu that includes flatbreads, oysters, and charcuterie. We do have frequent weekend specials, so watch our social media!
Q: Is your wine selection listed online?
A: We post our reserve selection on the website, but not the entire store's inventory. We carry hundreds of wines, many of rotating in and out, so an entire inventory list is not feasible.
