A twist on an Italian classic... a Pork Sausage made by our friend Dave with pork loin, Andouille, and spices, stuffed into Pork Belly, then roasted and smoked. It will go on a Toasted Italian Bun with Arugula, Tomato, and Truffle Mayo, served with chips. Plus, Cannoli!!
