Well it's finally here, the big holiday weekend is almost upon us. We have more of the grilling necessities for you, including of course Short Rib Burgers, Wagyu Hot Dogs, Italian Sausage, Fresh Wagyu Baseballs, Fresh Prime Bone-In Ribeye, Fresh Bavette Steak, Fresh Duroc Bone-In Pork Chops, and of course Fresh Faroe Islands Salmon. If you're hosting or attending any festivities this weekend and need a bottle bring, this is the one: Korbel Brut California Champagne in a special 250th bottle. It's so hot outside, you need something crushable like Guy Allion 2025 Le Petit Perron Sauvignon Blanc. This is a fresh, fruity Sauvignon Blanc out of France at an absolute bargain price of $11.99. Domaine Guy Allion is four generations deep in the Loire Valley, specifically in the flint-rich soil of the Cher River valley which brings acidity and minerality to their wines. "Le Petit Perron Sauvignon Blanc exhalts a complex nose that stands out with citrus and grapefruit notes. A beautiful mouthfeel, which exhibits minerality, and perfecly well balanced with a fresh acidity and a clean, dry finish." I think that review was translated from French, so it's not exactly perfect, but you get the idea.
