News 🗞
Well by popular demand, Shrimp Ceviche is back this weekend. We just whipped up a fresh batch today, so stop on down anytime to grab some. Oishii Shrimp and vegetables cured in freshly squeezed citrus juice, served with salty tortilla chips for $14.99. There really is no beating it as a summer treat. We also got some fantastic deals on chicken and some new wines... we really have an incredible number of new wines today/tomorrow. I cannot tell you how many wines we tasted this week... it's just a sacrifice we make for you. The job is tough, but someone's got to do it. Hopefully you browse the list and find something that catches your eye. Or, come on in this weekend and let us walk you through our selection.

Wine Feature ⭐️
This week's feature is a new Italian red just in today, Uccelliera 2021 Rosso di Montalcino. Montalcino is a small village and wine-growing region in Tuscany that grows exclusively Sangiovese Grosso, a clone of the Sangiovese grape that is thicker-skinned and thus makes bolder and more expressive wines. This is the same grape and region as Brunello, the queen of Italian wines. Rosso di Montalcino differs from Brunello in that it is much younger and fresher, making it lighter and fresher than its intense and earthy big sister. This bottle from Uccelliera, located in the heart of Montalcino, has "notes of fresh cherries and raspberries with spices, dried herbs and crushed stones. Medium-bodied, crunchy and fresh with dusty tannins and pure, vivid fruit." It has the bones to stand up well to aged cheeses and steaks, but is at the same time an elegant glass that can stand on its own. It definitely punches above its weight at $29.99 a bottle.

Wine Pick 🥂
My pick this week is a double feature of sorts: French Pool Toy and French Pool Tote Rosé. One wine, two packagings, with the bottle at $11.99 and the bag at $21.99. These are made for one purpose: taking to the pool. The bottle is made from plastic and 100% recyclable, plus it has an oxygen barrier to protect the wine from the plastic. The bag is... well, a bag, and the equivalent of two bottles of wine. It has the added bonus of staying fresh for 30 days. Since these are glass-free, you are able to bring both of them poolside or beachside. And the wine is good, too! From the South of France and made from classic varietals... think Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah. It offers crisp flavors of ripe, freshly picked berries and a hint of citrus. If you're taking the minions to the pool anytime soon, one of these will make your day so much better.

Food Features 🥩🍗
Our Dry Aged Program is back with Dry Aged Prime Strip Steaks for $25.99/lb. If you haven't tried anything from the program yet, the time is now. I don't expect these to last very long based on the past couple of installments. Tons of savory flavor, juicy, tender, everything you could want. Both the weather and these steaks are perfet for grilling this weekend. Additionally, I got the deal of a lifetime on some chicken. I'm pretty sure the price was a mistake, but I'm happy to reap the benefit and pass it along to you. A 2-pack of Frozen Whole Chickens -- fully broken down into legs, thighs, wings, and breasts -- for just $6.99!!! You read that right, just $3.50 per chicken. You can't even buy fast food chicken for that price. We also still have 2-packs for Frozen Chicken Leg & Thigh for $4.99 and Fresh Amish Whole Chickens for $22.99. We're here to fulfill all your poultry needs.
Oyster Feature 🦪
Fiddler's Cove Oysters out of Falmouth, Massachussets this week. Harvested in Megansett Harbor, these oysters are 2.75-3.5 inches in length and are only available April through December. They have soft meat and an intense, sharp brine with a mineral finish. These are not oysters for the faint of heart.
