White Hall Lane’s Tre Leoni is this week’s feature, this wonderful red blend from Napa got lost for awhile down here, but now it’s back! Tre Leoni Red is named for the three generations of the Leonardini Family (Tre Leoni) who are responsible for this expertly made proprietary blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Zinfandel. This 90+ blend at $31.99 is still a bargain, paired with chops or steaks you’ll find out why this is this week’s feature, we’ve got all three so stop in and pick up dinner!

Food Feature of the Week

Bluefin Tuna! We tried this out last week and there’s little more to say than it was delicious! This is the Kobe Beef of the sea, rich, very high in Omega 3, this fish is an absolute bargain. Normally you find this fish for upwards of thirty to forty dollars a pound, so when we found out that last week we could get it in at $10.99 we decided to take advantage. We received a 7.5 lb loin portion and sold out immediately so this week we brought in 23 lbs! We’ll cut this to your liking. This fish is so rich and decadent it doesn’t take a whole bunch to satisfy. We just made, Blackened – Blue Fin, olive oil in the pan, blackened seasoning, salt & pepper, a hot pan on the stove top, sear it, flip it and then grab a bottle of Rose’.

Final Thought

It’s the first week of June and if I had a dollar for everyone that has asked about the patio, bar and restaurant I’d be making money… Sure, we will be opening the bar ,restaurant and patio back up. It’s about time for us to take a look at staffing needs, menus, hours. We’ll keep you updated and ask for your patience in sharing our new plans of operation…
